Ecommerce and Enterprise Integration

Ecommerce and Enterprise Integration

The Keith Brymer Jones website is sleek and stylish to reflect his designer home ware. When they first came to us, they were spending too much money on their eCommerce platform, and had long grown out of their existing enterprise systems. Before we could focus on the eCommerce and Integration systems we had to manage the back-office first.

Our first task as Keith’s eCommerce agency was to find a system that could manage his sales, inventory, accounting and customer relationship management (CRM). This had to take into consideration his global sales. Brightpearl was the best match to solve this issue.

Single to Multi-brand

Single to Multi-brand

Until recently, Keith’s website was single-brand eCommerce, exclusively selling his own products online and showing only his “Word Range”. However, through his career, Keith has collaborated with many of Britain’s leading designers & brands including Tatty Devine and Scion Living as well as creating ranges for organisations like the National Trust. So, at the beginning of 2019, the decision was made for his website to go from single-brand eCommerce to multi-brand, adding the products of designers & brands he had collaborated with.
